Merry Christmas!

Hopefully Hudson will have more fun on Christmas morning than he did meeting Santa the other day!

Poor kid. I laughed so hard while he sat there screaming on Santa's lap. I think the people around us thought I was a really mean mom. I was just happy to have the typical Santa picture!

We will busy this holiday season packing up for yet another move. Cam is being transferred to Destin, FL. It's been another roller coaster of emotions as we were originally told that we would be able to move closer to home and then a few days later that we couldn't anymore. However, what is most important is that my wonderful husband will be able to be home more with us. It's been really tough on us here with him working insane hours. We will continue to pray for what we really want, but in the mean time will take our best option, knowing that it is not always what we want that is best for us. I have always wanted to live by the beach, so I guess in a way I am getting a wish. It is so beautiful there and we hope we'll have several visitors!

18 months!

On Dec 1, Hudson turned 18 months old. As always, we wonder where the time went and how our little boy is old enough to go to nursery! Speaking of, Sunday was his first time to go. He loved it until the last 30 min. I, on the other hand, lost it when he went right in and started playing. At least I'm pregnant and get to blame these emotional moments on hormones! We can definitely tell that Hudson is getting older and more independent. He loves to help take out the garbage and carry things. He says daddy and mama, shoe, hot, and lots of other things that we can't understand! He loves babies and has been pretty soft with them to this point, so we'll hope that continues. Overall, he is just a fun, energetic boy who we love so much!

Cam bought some tool boxes for work and Hudson had a ball carrying and playing with them!
